I own an Engineering company, and recently transitioned out of a 22 year career in tech. I own multiple properties, mix of commercial, small multi-unit and SFH, mostly buy & hold, with a few fix & flips. I love real estate investing, and decided to go very intense with the desire to build a lasting real estate portfolio that would give me total financial freedom. Focused on mostly untapped potential properties, fix them to optimal use, add upgrades and a bit of style, and then rent. Primarily Cash Flow focused initially with limited 'hot market' property. Diversifying now to more growth markets and goal is to enter the STR market in 2022. I am also a 20+ yr investor in the stock market also, which I do enjoy, but must admit, I love real estate much more. My passion for real estate has set me on a podcast, video, and book-filled journey. Looking to get more involved in the BP community and enjoy like-minded, real estate fueled connections.
