I have loved real estate since the early 2000's. I did my first of several live in flips in 2004 and started investing with buy and holds in 2018. When I started missing out on deals because other agents' response times weren't fast enough for the deal, I decided to get my license. While I thought I was just getting my license to have MLS access and write my own offers, it has taken an awesome turn. :) I love helping people hit milestones in their life! That can be buying a first house, rentals, flips, or whatever that next "big" real estate moment is for them. I have done fix and flips, buy and hold, and BRRRR method and have become pretty good at helping folks navigate purchasing investment properties. Experience: I was a mortgage loan officer/originator for about three years in the early 2000's (when things were VERY different than they are now). I have talked my spouse into doing live-in flips several times, will do a "traditional" flip if the numbers make sense, but my love is buy and holds - usually in the form of BRRRRs. Real Estate Goals: (2017) My goal is to make the majority of my work life align with my passion. I want to have rental properties as well as do a few flips per year. (2023) I've hit my biggest goal of being full time real estate! I have a dozen doors and am looking to get more. My new goal is to get enough buy and holds that the cash flow will allow my husband to retire by the end of 2025.
