I love everything about real estate, from touring and showing homes, transforming spaces and the avenue it provides to build wealth and passive income. I have done 2 live in flips adding bedrooms and baths, "face-lifting" a kitchen with minimal renovation to complete gut and restructure of the layout to create an open floor plan. My husband is my executor who takes my visions and makes them a reality. We currently have our 2nd live in flip under contract and are almost done with renovations on our newest downsize project. I am ecstatic to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community as I am looking for my first BRRRR to start building some passive income.
