I am married with young twin boys. I am focused on building a portfolio that will enable my family to be financially stable. Experience: I have limited experience thus far. I recently closed on a triplex out of state and have already learned a great deal throughout this process. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build a portfolio with an emphasis in multi-family properties with positive cash flow and a strategy of buy and hold for long-term passive income. Currently Seeking: I am seeking advice and insight into how to purchase investment properties for minimal down payment. As a strictly passive investor and not interested in doing owner-occupying with my family, I am having to put 25% down on a property. This inevitably make it difficult to scale using this strategy. Looking for people with this type of experience and would love some guidance and discussion.
