I have always had the passion for real estate and after educating myself have finally decided to jump into the industry. I want to focus my efforts on fix and flips, buying single homes and multi-family commercial property to keep for consistent cash flow. I have alway known that I wanted to work for myself someday. Real estate is the avenue I want to pursue in order to take me and my family towards my ultimate goal, financial freedom. I want to work to live, not live to work. I feel that by putting all my hard work and competitive efforts towards real estate, as I have in my tsales career, I can be extremely successful. I am new to the industry but hope to hit the ground running. I am looking for guidance, mentorship and to build strong sustainable partnerships with private lenders that can see a good deal when presented.
