Experience: I consider myself a cautious newbie. I buy distressed properties to rehab and hold. I do most of the rehabbing myself, as it is the part of the process that I really love. Real Estate Goals: I would like eventually to increase my consistent cash flow to the point of replacing my day-job salary. I would also like to be able to start my children out with their own sources of income. Currently Seeking: 2-4 -plexes.
