Hello! I am a gal that is all about Real Estate. I am a proud military spouse and I have been in and around real estate for the last 18 years with 12 of them being in accounting and financial analyst roles in the corporate world for commercial developers, pm companies and brokerages as my husband's duty station took us around the US. Currently, I am a licensed real estate agent in VA and I own several investment properties myself. Experience: You bet! I am a referral agent with an inactive license in VA. When I was active my clients had been 90% investors like me building their portfolios and deploying that hard earned cash to make them more cash!! I am an investor and I've tried my hand at buy & holds, rehabs (flips), vacation rentals, BRRRRs), but I have landed on small multi family as my favorite niche (5-20 units). I am an accountant by trade so it's all about the numbers to me! Current Real Estate Goals: FOR ME: I hold my VA real estate license, but I am currently living in and seeking my next investment in Tucson, AZ or Omaha, NE. I am looking for a 5-10 unit small multi family value add project here in Tucson or Omaha. I plan on finding, analyzing, and purchasing a car wash in the next 2 years.
