I'm the Founder of Hesel™ Media, a lead generation agency that is committed to providing more leads and closings to Real Estate businesses. Focusing in Real Estate Investors, wholesalers and Badass Real Estate Agents. By profession, I'm an engineer, graduated from Carleton University in Engineering and certified in project management, process optimization and have years of experience as a project engineer and program manager leading teams of designers, product engineers, brand development engineers in the automotive world. I started my advertising and marketing career right out of University, in Toronto as I worked as a sales engineer and moved to Detroit where I fell in love with real estate. My first advertising gig was for personal trainers, gym studios and an automotive dealership in the motor city, Detroit. His first flip was a mess... but then I decided to learn about wholesaling real estate and started by helping one of the biggest foreign real estate investors in the city, sending him hundreds of opportunities in 5 months. This led to having a profit margin of approximately 22X! I helped generate about 650K of profit for his first REI client who specifically sold properties to foreign buyers in Detroit. Right now, I run a successful Real Estate Investing Marketing Agency as well as JVs deals with lots of his REI partners all over the USA.
