I am a Toledo born real estate investor and agent working for iLink Real Estate, located in Holland, OH. I characterize myself as a researcher who is quiet, calm, and honest. Meeting like-minded investors is a priority. One large goal of mine is to bring buyers and sellers together in a way that provides great benefits to both parties with a win/win. This could mean showing sellers the financial benefit of being the bank while giving buyers, without the credit to obtain a conventional mortgage, the option to own their own home. I also like to hunt for deals! There is always a hidden market sourced from local investors, wholesalers and brokers that is available to make a good fit with your purchase criteria.
