Ethan Ducharme

I'm a data scientist from Vermont living in Missoula MT. I really enjoy fishing, hunting, skiing, biking, and most outdoor sports that allow me to escape from my general office life. Outside of my outdoor interests I also really like to cook, travel when I can, read, and spend time with my family back in Vermont. I currently have an out-of-state 4-plex which has turned out really well and am looking to expand my multifamily portfolio. I am also interested in networking with others in unfamiliar or familiar markets, creative financing, and long-distance investing.
