Hi! I’m Ethan (a Real Estate Agent, Investor, private Money Lender, and Property Manager, with a Masters degree in Business Administration ~ concentration in Business Finance). I have owned long term rentals and short term rentals. Currently I own about 30 doors, personally. I enjoy working with new and experienced investors.
