I’m a 22 year old newbie and see real estate as an ideal vehicle to help me escape the rat race and achieve my goals. I bought my first property (a 3/3 townhome) in July 2020. I’m interested in learning more about all aspects of real estate, especially syndications and would like to invest in them once I have more capital to work with.
