Hey, I’m Ethan Price — Acquisitions Specialist at Investors Edge Concierge! My passion for real estate started back in high school when I read Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book planted the seed, but looking back, the drive was always there — growing up, I was the kid whose favorite board game was Monopoly! After graduating from college in Florida in May 2024; I moved back home to Indianapolis, managed a local coffee shop, and jumped full-time into real estate as the launchpad for my entrepreneurial journey. In my first year as a licensed agent with Keller Williams, I was named Rookie of the Year after helping out-of-state investors close 20 deals across Central Indiana. Today, I serve as an Acquisitions Specialist for Investors Edge Concierge. I specialize in sourcing local investor inventory, running first-pass underwriting, and delivering structured deal analysis for flips, BRRRRs, and buy-and-hold rentals across the Indianapolis market. My Big Why: To build a personal portfolio in markets close to my heart (like Indianapolis and Pensacola) while creating the time, resources, and freedom to give back to God, family, and community.
