I am a licensed Broker with an investment background in single family rentals and fix and flips in the North Houston (Montgomery County) area. I am currently interested in transitioning into MFH and AirBnb rentals using BRRRR method. Experience: I have flipped numerous homes, including several live-in flips. I have owned long term single family rentals in the past. I do a lot of DIY, looking to grow my team to include some good contractors. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to transition away from flipping into a more passive income strategy. I am interested in acquiring multifamily properties utilizing the BRRRR strategy, and possibly a few AirBnb properties. My goal is to own 10 or more units by the end of 2020, and to add 5-10 units per year, depending on cashflow. Currently Seeking: Multifamily (including mobile parks), AirBnb properties, contacts (like-minded investors, potential partners, lenders, contractors, CPA, etc).
