I am a newbie in the real-estate investment game, however, I consider myself to be an serial entrepreneur. So far I only have two properties under my name. One property is a duplex and the other is an acre of land, which my fiancé and I will be developing in the near future. My goal is to keep adding to my property portfolio by buying one or two multi-unit rental properties every year. I am interested in finding like minded people to network with and perhaps do real-estate transaction if opportunity arises.
