Teresa M.

I have enjoyed my years of being a real estate agent because I'm both an agent and an investor. I understand investment real estate, how to find properties, evaluate the property for best use and value. I also know how to get to the closing table. I have a team of lenders, contractors, inspectors, escrow agents, attorney's and any other help to meet the needs of my clients and grow their business. I pride myself in having a eye for helping potential home owners find their dream home or next investment. I'm also also a certified agent for Home Partners of America. This means I can assist clients who have a desire to lease with an option to purchase. If you are wanting to own a home but need to work on your credit or build a down payment.
