Eugene Rabinovich

Currently working in the tech industry in Charlotte, NC and am actively working on becoming a real estate investor. I've always had an entrepreneurial mentality and after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad my mindset completely shifted to real estate. From there, I have been digging deep listening to podcasts, reading/listening to books, attending REI meet ups and am constantly thinking about real estate. My real estate goals are to own multiple SFH for long term and short term/airbnb rentals. My personal goals are to continue to keep learning and stay dynamic! I also love martial arts and have been training Jiu Jitsu and Hung Gar for years. Martial arts have taught me discipline, persistence and humility and is something that is instilled in me.
