Hello everybody. I listened Joshua's podcast and decided to join this real estate place filled with gurus of industry. I currently acquire knowledge in this industry as I have non. I speak both languages English and Russian and consider to start Spanish. I practice eclectic method when I learn. I diversify my knowledge from different fields to boost creativity. I read 2-3 boos a week. My interest reading topics are Psychology, business and management, decision making, marketing and persuasion, health and wealth creation. I prefer to learn how to create assets than to buy. I would describe myself as resilient entrepreneur with emotional intelligence and empathetic listening skills. My hobby is calisthenics, yet I like to try out and sustain other sport activities.
