Eugene Batson

I started my real estate career in 2007 as a enthusiastic intern at one of Austin’s top real estate teams and quickly surpassed my own goals, taking advantage of every training opportunity and eventually landing as a manager for the sales team. I became a licensed agent while learning from the best of the best and assisting the team with over 300 transactions. After a few years I decided to take my wealth of knowledge and establish my own identity in January of 2011. I have closed over 25 million dollars in real estate transactions since then. Recently I had an epiphany… Instead of building my clients investment portfolios, maybe I should be building my own. Since then, I have done a few wholesales and a few buy and flips. My goal is to shift my focus from working with clients on the retail side and do more wholesaling and flipping with the overall goal to add as many duplex, triplexes and quadplexes to my portfolio as possible.
