New to the area, I’ve studied real estate investing a lot only thing left for me to do is get started. I’m deciding whether to become a real estate broker. In a few month when I can commit more time to it. I will start by wholesaling and once more comfortable with that start with hard money. I am also planning to buy a home some time in spring next year possibly a foreclosure or short-sale to have more equity in my home. I’ll use the VA loan, but I know the home has to structurally sound.
