About myself
I have 7 doors that I own or manage: 2 SFRs and 2 duplexes in Memphis, Tn where my son lives...and I rent out 2 rooms in our 4/2 primary residence in Austin, Tx.- I am interested in acquiring rentals closer to Austin so I can be active in upgrading and managing the units while also handling my responsibilities and commitments to family and community groups.
