A single-family expert looking to invest in more multifamily (5-20 units for now). Jumped into real estate as an agent in 2015 right out of college and never looked back. Worked on flips and wholesale deals in the Chicagoland area before moving to Nashville and working with Opendoor, the largest iBuyer in the country. I'm back in the Chicago suburbs and I currently work for one of the fastest-growing REITs in the country as a Director helping lead the acquisitions team which is acquiring roughly 600 homes a month. Professionally, I've underwritten over 20k homes and acquired over 6k single-family properties in my career for my various employers.
