Rookie with a few dollars looking to buy and hold. My interest in real estate began in the 90’s after a talk with my (then) landlord in NY. The only thing was I didn’t have money or a job. I got a job and started saving but I forgot all about real estate investing until last year when I bought my home. Now I’m ready to step it up to investing. Brrrr sounds like a great strategy. It’s what my old landlord did and was explaining to me way back then. I read the books and watch so, SO many podcasts. Now Im actually a lIttle anxIous to get in.
