I live in a growing little town in midcoast Maine where my wife and I have recently started investing in real estate. Current Project: New Construction Spec Build that we may turn into a rental. Before we found Bigger Pockets or knew any of the lingo we built our own house and paid it off, hoping to build wealth in real estate. We then purchased a "fix and flip" property using our equity loan, but after discovering Bigger Pockets and realizing the demand for rents we decided to hold this property and rent it out! We have since purchased and rehabbed a duplex, and have another duplex and another single family home under contract, which will put us at 6 rental units in our first year. My passion outside real estate is running and Ironman triathlon! Currently looking for our next run down house to renovate and rent out!
