About myself
My husband and I are from Phoenix, AZ but spend quite a bit of time in Boise, ID where our kids and grandkids are. He is a Business Development Mgr and his territory allows us to be both places. My 9-5 job disappeared last year when the company went out of business (I handled HR and bookkeeping) so we have decided to focus more on real estate in both AZ and ID and getting to know other investors in both states.
