I am a Certified Financial Planner® and a real estate investor currently focusing on Flipping houses in Denver and building our short term rental portfolio in the 30A and Panama City Beach areas of Florida. My wife and I also own and operate long term rentals in Denver, CO and Omaha, NE including a 10-unit building in Omaha.
