I have always had a love for homes, taking something, fixing it and adding value! From early on, I had a dream of creating value in a home, selling it, moving to a bigger home, selling and repeating the process in order to get the grand home of my dreams. I've now been a Property Manager of luxury apartments for 21 years, and finally am ready to make that change I've been waiting for my entire adult life. Now, though, I want to find, fix and flip for another's enjoyment and profit in their lives as well as my own. I have a passion for renovations, a love for architecture and people, a strong work ethic and drive along with a realistic, experienced, professional background that I know will help me succeed. I am so looking forward to learning on this forum and getting to know all the great people involved!
