Hard working full time employed wine importer. Weekend Warrior with skills to fix or build almost anything. I currently flip on the weekends by myself as a “hobby”. Goal is mixing in Flips to fund Buy and Hold investments. 2021 I’m currently selling off my properties in Florida and starting over in Richmond VA!
