Nick started working in the Real Estate industry since 2018, with his emphasis in property management. He has experience overseeing and directing a team of 16 individuals and oversaw property management for 4,200+ properties located in Memphis, Birmingham, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, and St. Louis At the start of 2023 Nick stepped out full time into real estate being a full time agent, while continuing his pursuit to growing his rental portfolio. Nick has years of experience with working with investors, vendors, managing and leading teams, managing properties, and creating a win-win situation for all parties. In 2024 Nick launched a real estate team that is able to service both the retail buyer but also servicing the investment industry. His team assists with acquiring the properties, renovating the properties as well as managing the properties. The goal is to provide turn key value without paying the turn key prices.
