I am an Investor. I am currently a Real Estate Consultant/Investor and I am a licensed Private Investigator (retired from Federal Law Enforcement). Experience: Experienced REALTOR. Real Estate Goals: Full time Investor. Acquire approximately $100K gross in rental income. Also fix/flips and continue to sale properties in my farm area. Currently Seeking: I have little money of my own. Only 20K. I would like to find something cheap to start off as my first fix/flip deal.
