And coach people to do them too. Prior to real estate, I ran facilities as Plant Manager/Superintendent for Coca-Cola, Pepsi Cola, Shasta Beverages, & ran call centers for EarthLink. During one 4 year stint I was plant manager over 2 facilities with 450 employees. Yikes! Experience: Been investing since 1999. Specialized in Short Sales 2005, 2006, 2007. 17 years - 160 deals, short sales, lease options, rehabs plus 42 mobile home deals. I've done over 160 stick built homes of various flavors in 15 states, 2 small apartment buildings (4 & 7 units), SFH - foreclosure, wholesale, short sales, rehab, lease options, etc. prior to Manufactured Homes. I've trained, coached, mentored 200+ folks in real estate and mobile home investing. With Coaching, presentations and trainings I've taught over 2000 people the basics of short sales, asset protection, investing and personal development.
