Hello! I moved to the Bay Area from Sacramento and love it here. However, from the looks of it, I will likely be unable to afford a house here, ever, unless I marry rich...ok that's not funny... Absolutes and jokes aside, I think it is in my destiny to get into real estate. I want to learn all I can in order to buy property both flip and to rent out for cash flow. I want to make my first deal by the end of 2017, and hopefully the frequency will exponentially increase from there. I am a linear thinker, goal driven, motivated, and looking for like-minded individuals to network and reach mutually beneficial relationships. More about me: I currently work as a Behavioral Therapist with children in homes... I get to see a lot of different types of dwellings and arrangements, and I love thinking about how people design their homes. I love DIY projects, but I want to eventually step away from direct labor and take a bigger picture approach to property.
