I am an American who has lived in Naples, Italy for the majority of his adult live. Been living in Jacksonville, Florida area for the past 3 years. I am looking to obtain real estate assets in order to increase my passive income. Experience: None Real Estate Goals: Leverage real estate to: 1. Become financially independent. 2. To travel wherever, whenever. 3. Spend the most time that I can with family and friends. 4. Transfer real estate knowledge to my children and leave them a legacy of financial intelligence. Short and long term goals: -My 1-year goal is to start small by purchasing a townhouse in the St. Johns county by 1 August 2016. Want to purchase 1 townhouse unit per year for the next 5 years. - Long term 5-10 year goal is to purchase a 120+ unit apartment complex preferably in the Jacksonville area.
