I live in between 2 worlds - I'm CEO of a marketing agency - Blueprint Creative Group - established in 2006 and our clients are across the government and corporate sector. I'm also a multifamily developer & currently redeveloping 138-units of assisted living in Detroit. I'm open to multifamily deals in any high growth/emerging market, but currently sourcing for deals in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Birmingham, and Detroit. A good deal to me is value add with minimum 50-100+ doors, double digit Cap potential with strong cash flow and upside on the back end. I'm always looking to connect with potential syndicate partners, experienced multifamily investors, multifamily property managers, private money, developers and other investors.
