Real Estate is a side-hustle for me - my primary occupation being in the financial sector. Since February 2012, I have profitably bought, rented and sold several class-A units in the greater Madison area (East Madison, Sun Prairie, Deerfield.) I have also been an avid investor in REIT space for over a decade. My foray into the fascinating world of RE has been a very financially rewarding one for me so far. I am currently looking for multi-fam opportunities in greater Green Bay area as well as exploring the prospect of diversifying through passive RE partnerships nationwide.
