Faith Hill

Hello! My name is Faith Hill and I am a full-time investor specializing in self-storage and land. My husband Jermaine and I began our land flipping business in 2014. Over the next 3 years, we worked to build the revenue of the land business through land flips and seller-finance notes that ultimately propelled us to quit our jobs in 2018 to pursue real estate full-time. In late 2018, we purchased our first self-storage facility, a 158-unit Class C facility in a small town on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. As Owner/Operators, we immersed ourselves into self-storage and absolutely love the business model. We are actively looking to acquire our second self-storage facility in the Southeast within a 4-hour radius of Greenville, SC. In 2019, my husband and I decided to move to Greenville, SC, away from my hometown of Richmond, Virginia, to take advantage of living in a market that still has a small town feel but is also experiencing positive growth. We love the mountains in this region and have enjoyed hiking, being a day's drive from sandy beaches and many major cities. As I grow as an investor, I hope to contribute and add value to the Bigger Pockets community and to learn from others on self-storage, commercial syndication and how to grow and sustain a real estate portfolio.
