Investor My current focus is to connect with lenders as the last deal I lost due to not making a cash offer. I want BRRR in the North Richland Hills general area. I am strongly considering homes that are within HOAs as this is an area of my expertise. I currently own one house in North Richland Hills that I will transition to a rental. I currently own 114 units ( Multifamily ) in GA. My 9-5 job is in property management. Always looking to connect with other investors.
