Investor out of LA, CA, originally from Cincinnati and Dayton, OH. Full-time, I’m a VP for a large investment firm, and my wife is a Director for a large local hospital. Have been investing in real estate since 2007, with main focus on single family during that time. Currently looking at diversifying into short term rentals, self storage, multi family, or triple net commercial - essentially something that requires more of a business system to run it. Love to read, learn, network, and get out of my comfort zone as much as possible.
