I am a real estate agent at Keller Williams Village Square Realty, Ridgewood NJ and a police officer who is looking to start buying and holding rental properties & I have no idea 20k available for flips outside my area lower price points around 50k to 100k. Looking for investor partners for flips outside my area to turn the 20k investment 4 times in 2019 either by partnering in a flip and/or lending the money. I am an investor friendly agent that understands flips, buy and holds, & apartment buildings from 20 units and up. I have a 5 year game plan written out to obtain these goals and just looking to work with hustlers and amazing people.
