I'm an International Real Estate Investor holding property between Australia (Brisbane and Cairns) and USA (Cleveland and Chicago). Currently holding just shy of 30 units, most which I self manage. I've been helping newer investors grow and accumulate wealth, through my experience as a Realtor and Investor. I've made mistakes in my 12 yr journey so I aim to pass on my findings and make the investing ride smoother for others. I am a buy and hold investor as I like the passive income and tax benefits of holding property long term.
