Good Day Felecia, I started in Real Estate back in 1999 as a homeowner. I've owned several homes since then and I was a landlord and property manager from about 2004 until 2017. At the time it was a way for me to have some extra income and reduce tax burdens. Now I am eager to own multifamily properties and medium term rentals with cash flow I can use to support my family and leave a legacy for future generations. I still consider myself a novice because I acquired each of my rental properties as a result of purchasing to live in them then moving out and renting the properties. I want to use the tools and techniques from Bigger Pockets to gain a monthly income that keeps building. I'm looking forward to learning and implementing! Other than Real Estate I'm into learning the patters and codes of the Bible to apply to my life, engineering, health & wellness (herbal care, acupuncture, acupressure), and our new dog Joseph.
