I live in Phoenix, AZ. I have a full time job completely unrelated to real estate. I have a real estate license that I have started using again after a bunch of years of only helping a friend/family member here or there purchase or sell a property. I'm using license to access the MLS and more importantly sell my own fix and flips. As of January 2019, I've now completed 3 fix and flips. Always looking to network and connect with people with same interests. Outside of of REI I am a proud dad, Spartan Racer, Mountain Biker & Florida Gator Fan. Experience: Licensed Realtor since 2008 Real Estate Goals: To learn as much as I can about real estate investing. The most attractive type of investing to me is Buy, fix, & hold. (That may change as I learn more about the business) Currently Seeking: Leads on homes to fix and flip. I am brand new to flipping and as of 12/17 working on flip #1. I hope to flip 2-3 more homes and then move into more of a BRRRR strategy. Looking to meet local folks actually doing deals and provide any help I can to others.
