I’m a Real Estate Professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience specializing in foreclosures and distressed property investing across South Florida. I hold two master’s degrees from U.S. universities, along with finance and technology credentials from Columbia, Wharton, and MIT. Since 2009, I’ve been deeply involved in helping investors navigate the high-return foreclosure market while minimizing risks. My focus is on diligence over sales—I research every opportunity from the investor’s point of view, analyzing title, property, and market factors, and backing it all with sound financial logic. Unlike traditional agents focused on closing deals, my role is advisory and research-driven. As an investor myself, I prioritize smart buying decisions over volume. I also recently authored a book on foreclosure investing, aimed at demystifying the process for cautious or first-time investors.
