I work in Test Engineering at a large technology company down in Venice, CA (aka: Silicon Beach). Experience: Purchased my first home in Granada Hills, CA back in 2004 and started renting it out in 2010 when I moved to my current home in Porter Ranch, CA. Real Estate Goals: Creating passive income from buy and hold properties looks most appealing at this time, but that might change the more knowledge I acquire from BP. Currently Seeking: SFR ans apartments out of state properties.
