Along with my wife, Kristen, I've made the transition from full-time Realtor to real estate investor. During the fall of 2015 we completed our first flip. Since then we have been mixing in a combination of flip, buy and hold, and helping turn-key companies buy in the greater Little Rock area. In 2018 we added a partner, Matt Lamb, to help us expand in several areas. Most of our business is now conducted through Mid South Realty and Mid South Best Offers. As of Jan. 2022 we have over 140 owner finance and rental properties, and we have helped Turn-Key companies and active investors find 200+ per year in Central Arkansas. Experience: Realtor since 2012. Began as buyer agent for the first 100 deals. Now working with buyers, sellers, and investors on the market find 15+ deals per month, as well as flipping 5-6 homes a month. Real Estate Goals: Interested in both buy and hold strategies, as well as working with turn-key buyers. Currently Seeking: Deals in Pulaski, Saline, and Faulkner Counties in Arkansas. Focused on buy and hold homes that would rent or owner finance in the $800-1200 monthly payment range. We are always looking for more banks willing to work with us on loans for the owner finance deals we are buying and selling. We are now also working with additional private investment sources for our rehabs and for some long term owner financed notes.
