My partner (wife) and I are buy and hold investors with a few deals under our belt: long term SFH, short term Vacation Rental and househacking a duplex. Currently W2 income earners and looking to expand our portfolio for cash flow. We had experience in renovation project management working with $150K to $30K budgets, property management as well as being a real estate Sales Associate. In addition we've just formed our Vacation Rental Management company. We are now focusing our efforts on out of state properties and educating ourselves on this. We're happy to help and provide value for any other members if we can and vice versa.
