I help real estate investors, landlords, and property managers think through practical flooring options for rental turns, rehabs, offices, and multifamily properties. Through FIBR Carpet Recycling, I work with repurposed commercial carpet tile and see a lot of real-world flooring situations involving tenant damage, turnover speed, cost control, and material waste. Most of my experience is with pallet and truckload commercial carpet tile, including projects where investors need durable flooring without overspending. I’m here to connect, learn from other investors, and be a resource when flooring costs are eating into the deal. fibrcarpet.com
