I am a Real Estate Agent and Investor. I've owned a Mortgage Company. I own 6 properties in Panama City Beach and one in Puerto Rico. I am a licensed Realtor in PCB and along 30A and in the US Virgin Islands. Experience: I've got experience on the lending side, the investing side, the making money side, and the losing money side. So I've done it all. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to retire and live off my rental income. Currently Seeking: I'm currently buying one property per year to keep as a rental, but I'm looking to add a flip to that as well.
