I'm the real estate and business consultant's 411. I consult daily with real estate coaches, businesses, and individual clients. When they have questions, I'm the one they call. I provide them with ongoing training and keep them informed on what is happening with business, lending, technology, and investing. I do a lot with startup funding for new businesses and real estate investors. It really is easier to start any new venture with money in the bank. I started working in real estate back in the 90's working as the controller of a national real estate auction firm. We sold sold thousands of properties for the RTC, FDIC, and HUD. I've worked in corporate real estate for Fortune 100 companies and have an extensive background in negotiating, facilities management, and training.
