Been excited about real estate since I was in high school. I currently live in Houston, TX and my goals for this year is to continue to build my rental portfolio by purchasing value-add, off-market SFR and multifamily properties in up and coming areas, with a 5% cash on cash return. I'd also like to start a new construction project as soon as possible. Always open to meet like-minded people in my area!
